I am a UX designer who believes that great design starts with great relationships. Curiosity, empathy, and clear communication are at the heart of how I work—because building trust with teams, stakeholders, and users is what turns ideas into impactful experiences. I see collaboration as a space for learning and growth, where leading with clarity and mentoring with care help elevate both people and outcomes.

Process

(Research)

Discover with Curiosity.

Every project begins with curiosity. I dig deep to understand users—not just what they do, but why they do it. Through interviews, observation, and data analysis, I uncover patterns, motivations, and pain points that often go unnoticed.

I also make it a point to listen to internal voices—stakeholders, product owners, developers—because understanding the full ecosystem is key to designing solutions that are viable and aligned with broader goals. Research isn’t just a phase; it’s a mindset that continues throughout the project.

(Design)

Design with Intention.

Once the foundation is set, I move into designing with intent. My approach is iterative and hands-on: sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and testing—always with the user in mind. I believe good design solves problems, but great design does so with clarity, elegance, and purpose.

I explore multiple directions, welcome feedback early, and use constraints as creative fuel. The goal is never just to make things look good—it’s to make them work beautifully for the people who use them.

Collaborate through Clarity.

Design doesn't live in a vacuum. I actively communicate throughout the process to build alignment, foster trust, and ensure shared understanding. Whether I’m leading workshops, presenting to stakeholders, or mentoring other designers, I strive to translate complexity into clarity.

I value honest, respectful dialogue and believe the best outcomes come from co-creating with others. Communication, to me, is not just about sharing work—it’s about shaping ideas together.
